Why Join Our Privilege Plan?

The Privilege Plan gives you access to exclusive benefits within the practice and reduced fees for routine care and general and specialist dental treatments. There is clear evidence that patients on a dental plan (similar to the Privilege Plan) attend their routine examinations more regularly and, as a result, require less treatment overall. Attending regular check-ups enables us to help you maintain your oral and dental health more effectively.

The Cost of the Privilege Plan

A one-time administration fee of £10 will be added to your first monthly direct debit. After that, there are no extra payments, just your agreed monthly amount to cover all the benefits under the plan you elect. We are happy to provide our input on which plan would best suit your needs and budget.

How to Join the Privilege Plan

Our office managers and reception team are trained to assist you in choosing the best plan for you and your family. Contact us by phone, or drop by for a cup of coffee or tea, and complete the application and direct debit mandate form. Please let us know if you would prefer to speak to your dentist or specialist.

The Security of Your Personal Information

You can be sure both the practice team and the administrators of the Privilege Plan take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously.

Your personal details will be passed to the company that underwrites our accident and emergency insurance coverage. This information is only passed along in case we need to claim treatment covered under our policy. However, you will not receive unsolicited marketing literature from the underwriting company for any associated financial products or services.

Please note our plan administrators are Privilege Plan Ltd, and their name will appear on your bank statement as the collector of your direct debit.

Accident and Emergency Insurance

As a member of the Privilege Plan, you will be registered with our practice’s accident and emergency insurance, which covers the following:

These events are subject to our practice being able to recover the cost of such treatment under the terms of the insurance policy it has taken for this purpose.

A full copy wording of this policy is available upon request. The insurance is arranged through Lloyd & Whyte Ltd., who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
